Artist Statement
I began to advance my art and digital computer skills in 2006 and continue to hone and explore my style and passion within the digital fine art arena. Although I work in both digital and traditional media, my body of work is predominantly digital art. All of my works are freehand creations and do not rely upon layers, tracing, or other computer shortcuts that undermine the foundation of traditional art training. I work on a digital canvas using digital tools which I configure to honor the aesthetics and spirit of traditional media.
